What to Expect
We respond to all enquiries within one business day. When you contact us, we'll typically arrange a brief consultation call to understand your child's needs and recommend the most appropriate programme.
There's no obligation. These conversations help ensure we're the right fit for your family and that our approach aligns with your goals for your child's financial education.
If you're not sure which programme to choose, don't worry. We'll guide you through the options and help you make an informed decision based on your child's age, current financial knowledge, and upcoming milestones.
Common Questions
How quickly can we start?
Most families begin their chosen programme within two weeks of initial contact. We maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. While we prefer in-person sessions for optimal engagement, we offer high-quality virtual sessions for families who prefer remote learning or live outside our immediate area.
What if my child doesn't engage with the programme?
This is exceptionally rare, but if it happens, we work with you to understand why and adjust our approach. Our methods are designed specifically to maintain young people's engagement with financial topics.
Can siblings participate together?
Absolutely. The Family Financial Workshop is designed exactly for this. For age-specific programmes, siblings can join if they're within the age range and developmental stage for that programme.
Do you work with schools?
Yes, we offer programmes for schools and youth organisations. Contact us for information about group sessions and institutional partnerships.
Your Questions Matter
Choosing financial education for your child is an important decision. We welcome all questions, whether about our methods, curriculum, pricing, scheduling, or anything else that helps you make an informed choice.
Some parents have detailed questions about specific topics we cover. Others want to understand our teaching philosophy. Some are comparing options. All questions are valid and valuable.
We're here to provide clarity, not sales pressure. If we're not the right fit for your family, we'll tell you honestly and, if possible, suggest alternatives that might serve you better.
Visit Us
You're welcome to visit our Bristol location. While sessions run at various venues depending on group size and programme type, our main office is where we coordinate everything.
If you'd like to meet in person before committing to a programme, we're happy to arrange that. Sometimes seeing where we work and meeting us face-to-face provides reassurance that emails and calls cannot.
Just email or call ahead to schedule a time. We keep our calendar relatively flexible specifically to accommodate these conversations.
Ready to Start?
The best way to begin is simply getting in touch. Send us an email at [email protected] with basic information about your child's age and what prompted you to seek financial education.
We'll take it from there, responding quickly with next steps and any information specific to your situation.
Alternatively, if you already know which programme you want, you can enrol directly through our Programmes page.
A Final Note
Financial education is one of the most valuable gifts you can give your child. It's not just about money. It's about confidence, independence, and the ability to make informed decisions throughout life.
Whether you choose to work with us or pursue other options, we're glad you're prioritising this aspect of your child's education. Too few parents do, and young people suffer for it.
We look forward to hearing from you and, hopefully, contributing to your child's financial future.
